Shipping policy

Shipping cost: $12.00 standard shipping on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax) with code FREESHIP.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped the day following the order placement. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday, as our shipping warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.

We offer in-store pickup at our Metairie store. If you are not local, we ship across the U.S.

Shop Dolce Boutique does not offer international shipping. We ship only to the domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside the U.S., we will cancel the order.

Shop Dolce Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to USPS. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@shopdolceboutique.com with your order number in the subject line.
