Please inspect your items upon receipt to make sure the item is in good condition. ONLY unworn items in their original packaging can be returned for STORE CREDIT. We must receive your return within 10 days postmarked from the date of receipt. Your store credit will be issued to whichever platform the purchase was made on (Brick & Mortar/ Website). Accessories, shoes, seasonal items, and sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The receipt MUST be included in the returned package in order to get your store credit****** The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged return packages. Store credit cannot be applied to a future order until a return is processed.

In-Store Pick Up
Pickups are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase, not the date picked up. Purchases in store are held for 30 days. If your item is not picked up after the 30 day window, it will be donated. We are not responsible for your purchase after the 30 day window and a refund will not be given.
