$8.00 standard shipping on all orders

Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax) with code FREESHIP

We ship all orders via USPS Priority mail.

Orders are processed and shipped the day following the order placement.

We offer in store pick up at our local brick and mortar store. If you are not local, we do ship across the U.S!

Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday due to our shipping warehouse being closed Saturday/Sunday.

Shop Dolce Boutique does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.


**Shop Dolce Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Dolce Return Policy

Not satisfied with your order? No problem!

Please inspect your items upon receipt to make sure the item is in good condition. ONLY unworn items in their original packaging can be returned for STORE CREDIT. We must receive your return within 10 days postmarked from the date of receipt. Your store credit will be issued to whichever platform the purchase was made on (Brick & Mortar/ Website). Accessories, shoes, seasonal items, and sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged return packages. Store credit cannot be applied to a future order until a return is processed.

In-Store Pick Up

Pickups are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase, not the date picked up. Purchases in store are held for 30 days. If your item is not picked up after the 30 day window, it will be donated. We are not responsible for your purchase after the 30 day window and a refund will not be given.
